Energy Bathtub
Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons in a tub of lukewarm water (not hot). Stay in the water for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse with plenty of warm, soap-free water.

Use the salts once or twice a week.

Energy Shower – directly on the body
After taking a shower, as your body is well moistened, put a small amount of salts in the palm of your hand and rub it all over your body, rubbing – not with force – the salts, in a circular motion.
Insist on feet, knees, elbows and hard  spots.

If you apply it on the face, do it with very gentle movements and with a minimal amount, avoiding the eyes. If it gets in the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

Do not use on wounds or irritated skin.

You can put them in the palm of your hand along with a little shampoo or shower gel. Finally, rinse well with plenty of warm water, without extra soap.

Use the salts once or twice a week.

Foot bath
The salts can also be used in a foot bath, to relax, stimulate and renew the soles. In a bowl of hot water, put 2-3 tablespoons of salts and then your feet. Rest for 10-15 minutes.

Use at home
You can use the salts to release fragrance to your space.

Place them in a glass bowl where you think they are best in the space.

Shake them whenever you need to activate them to release their scent and refresh them after a while.
